Just wanted to send an e-mail and say we all had a great (as usual) SOT Tour!! Our Tour Guide, and bus driver were both wonderful too. Nice to have two such people to accompany us around Halifax and to all our events and activities. Thanks for all your work and service on behalf of my Music students. Hoping to make the Atlantic Festival of Music next year!

We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.

Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. I could not organize a better tour even if I had the countless hours too do the leg work and follows up. A service well worth it!

As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. What I love most about them is that at the helm are two retired music teachers who know what music teachers are looking for on performance trips. They understand the needs of performance groups and the staff is most pleasant to work with in planning trips. They are flexible and reliable.

Schools Out Tours provided Baddeck Academy with a wonderful first time experience to the Atlantic Festival of Music. There was never an issue when changing parts of our trip itinerary and the staff were more than helpful to go the extra step in planning.
