Schools Out Tours has provided me with an easy and flexible option for planning our music trips. What could be a time-consuming and onerous undertaking is transformed into a positive experience with Schools Out Tours.

We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.

Schools Out Tours has offered well organized, educational and enriching tours for our students. When you plan your trip with them you are planning with real people, not just a company. We have had two successful trips with Schools Out Tours and we will be looking forward to planning our next one.

Schools Out Tours has organized yet another excellent trip for my junior high school band. This allows me to focus on the important stuff.. the music, while I can trust that SOT has planned the “fun stuff”!! We always have a great trip, learn a lot and come back better musicians.

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! Thanks to everyone who looked after all the details for our trip to Halifax. Our clinicians were great, travel wonderful, and security much appreciated. Food excellent, accommodation excellent. Staff was wonderful. It was smooth from beginning to end.

Our PEI trip with Soundtrax and Halifax All City Jazz was a huge success, thanks to the exceptional planning and organization of Schools Out Tours.

It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!

As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. Schools Out Tours continues to provide incredible service to our groups at CBRH. I do not envision travelling without them again!
