I will be planning all future trips with Schools Out Tours! I highly recommend any musical groups to contact Sue and Ron. Our trip was perfect. Honestly – couldn’t have gone better. We all had a blast and the musical aspects were perfect. Thanks for your hard work and care in planning all aspects of our trip.

As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. Schools Out Tours continues to provide incredible service to our groups at CBRH. I do not envision travelling without them again!

We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.

Working with Sandy at Schools Out Tours was a wonderful experience! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and organized. She planned a fabulous trip for our Grade 9 class that combined just the right amount of educational activities with fun! We would definitely recommend Schools Out Tours to others!

Sue at Schools Out Tours always provides excellent customer care. I know that she will help resolve any issue that should arise on the trip and she is efficient, flexible, and easy to work with during the planning stages. Our most recent trip was very well planned and included a great mix of educational and team-building/social activities. I look forward to working with Schools Out Tours again next year!

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! Just wanted to send an e-mail and say we all had a great (as usual) SOT Tour!! Our Tour Guide, and bus driver were both wonderful too. Nice to have two such people to accompany us around Halifax and to all our events and activities. Thanks for all your work and service on behalf of my Music students. Hoping to make the Atlantic Festival of Music next year!

It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!

Schools Out Tours provided Baddeck Academy with a wonderful first time experience to the Atlantic Festival of Music. There was never an issue when changing parts of our trip itinerary and the staff were more than helpful to go the extra step in planning. Our tour guide also went out of her way to help in any way she could and the students really enjoyed having her join us. Our trip was stress free and fun! Thank you Schools Out Tours!
