As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. Schools Out Tours continues to provide incredible service to our groups at CBRH. I do not envision travelling without them again!

I will be planning all future trips with Schools Out Tours! I highly recommend any musical groups to contact Sue and Ron. Our trip was perfect. Honestly – couldn’t have gone better. The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! I have had Schools Out Tours plan our band trips for many years. The staff are eager to provide a hassle free experience for students and band directors. Ron, Mike and Sue were always available to take my calls. Any little issues that came up on the trips were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations, meals and events were of the highest quality. Having used several other tour companies in the past, I can honestly say that the folks at Schools Out have always provided the best service right from the initial conversations through to the conclusion of our tours.
