Our PEI trip with Soundtrax and Halifax All City Jazz was a huge success, thanks to the exceptional planning and organization of Schools Out Tours.

Schools Out Tours has offered well organized, educational and enriching tours for our students. When you plan your trip with them you are planning with real people, not just a company. We have had two successful trips with Schools Out Tours and we will be looking forward to planning our next one.

We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.

It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!

Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. I could not organize a better tour even if I had the countless hours too do the leg work and follows up. A service well worth it!

Thanks to everyone who looked after all the details for our trip to Halifax. Our clinicians were great, travel wonderful, and security much appreciated. Food excellent, accommodation excellent. Staff was wonderful. It was smooth from beginning to end.

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! We would definitely book again with Schools Out Tours for this and any other trips that we may take in the future!! Thanks!!

I will be planning all future trips with Schools Out Tours! I highly recommend any musical groups to contact Sue and Ron. Our trip was perfect. Honestly – couldn’t have gone better. Just wanted to send an e-mail and say we all had a great (as usual) SOT Tour!! Our Tour Guide, and bus driver were both wonderful too. Nice to have two such people to accompany us around Halifax and to all our events and activities. Thanks for all your work and service on behalf of my Music students. As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. Schools Out Tours continues to provide incredible service to our groups at CBRH. I do not envision travelling without them again!
