It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. I could not organize a better tour even if I had the countless hours too do the leg work and follows up. A service well worth it!

As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. What I love most about them is that at the helm are two retired music teachers who know what music teachers are looking for on performance trips.
