Schools Out Tours has organized yet another excellent trip for my junior high school band. This allows me to focus on the important stuff.. the music, while I can trust that SOT has planned the “fun stuff”!! We always have a great trip, learn a lot and come back better musicians.

Schools Out Tours provides our school with quality tour planning each year. What I love most about them is that at the helm are two retired music teachers who know what music teachers are looking for on performance trips. They understand the needs of performance groups and the staff is most pleasant to work with in planning trips. They are flexible and reliable.

Sue at Schools Out Tours always provides excellent customer care. I know that she will help resolve any issue that should arise on the trip and she is efficient, flexible, and easy to work with during the planning stages. I have had Schools Out Tours plan our band trips for many years. The staff are eager to provide a hassle free experience for students and band directors. Ron, Mike and Sue were always available to take my calls. Any little issues that came up on the trips were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations, meals and events were of the highest quality. Having used several other tour companies in the past, I can honestly say that the folks at Schools Out have always provided the best service right from the initial conversations through to the conclusion of our tours.

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.
