It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!

I have had Schools Out Tours plan our band trips for many years. The staff are eager to provide a hassle free experience for students and band directors. Ron, Mike and Sue were always available to take my calls. Any little issues that came up on the trips were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations, meals and events were of the highest quality. Having used several other tour companies in the past, I can honestly say that the folks at Schools Out have always provided the best service right from the initial conversations through to the conclusion of our tours.

Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip.
