I have had Schools Out Tours plan our band trips for many years. The staff are eager to provide a hassle free experience for students and band directors. Ron, Mike and Sue were always available to take my calls. Any little issues that came up on the trips were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations, meals and events were of the highest quality. Having used several other tour companies in the past, I can honestly say that the folks at Schools Out have always provided the best service right from the initial conversations through to the conclusion of our tours.

We were beyond impressed with our tour guide, Dan, and our coach driver, Richard. The students bonded with both members of the tour team. It really was incredible to see. Also, I am beyond thankful for the flexibility in the payment schedule as fundraising often has to run until the very last minute, right before the departure. The planning is clear, well-conceived, detailed, and justified. Every effort is made to accommodate last minute changes and this is vital in the current climate of educational/music tours.

Schools Out Tours has organized yet another excellent trip for my junior high school band. This allows me to focus on the important stuff.. the music, while I can trust that SOT has planned the “fun stuff”!! We always have a great trip, learn a lot and come back better musicians.

Traveling with Schools Out Tours made our trip planning easy and remarkably stress-free. Ron and Mike were incredibly easy to work with and anxious to ensure the trip was a great experience for our students.

I just wanted to thank you for arranging the fabulous trip to Halifax. The kids loved it and we have heard nothing but positive comments on their experiences.

As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. Schools Out Tours continues to provide incredible service to our groups at CBRH. I do not envision travelling without them again!

Just wanted to send an e-mail and say we all had a great (as usual) SOT Tour!! Our Tour Guide, and bus driver were both wonderful too. Nice to have two such people to accompany us around Halifax and to all our events and activities. Thanks for all your work and service on behalf of my Music students. The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! We would definitely book again with Schools Out Tours for this and any other trips that we may take in the future!! Thanks!!

Working with Sandy at Schools Out Tours was a wonderful experience! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, accommodating, and organized.
