Schools Out Tours has organized yet another excellent trip for my junior high school band. This allows me to focus on the important stuff.. the music, while I can trust that SOT has planned the “fun stuff”!! We always have a great trip, learn a lot and come back better musicians.

As a veteran of some 28 band trips, I can truly say that none have been as well organized and stress-free as the last half dozen that I have done with Schools Out Tours. Band Directors certainly have enough to worry about without the added pressure of coordinating the many logistics necessary to have a successful band trip. Schools Out Tours continues to provide incredible service to our groups at CBRH. I do not envision travelling without them again!

It was a wonderful trip! The pacing was perfect, and we stayed on schedule for the entire trip. We were driving in the school yard at 10:56 last night! The kids loved Michael (SOT Tour Co-ordinator), and I was so relieved to have someone along with us the entire way to look after any issues that came up. He is so very competent! And stays calm (at least outwardly, which is what counts) in the face of anything we could throw at him. Thanks again! The kids will remember this forever!

Once again it was an awesome trip and a great experience for our students.

Schools Out Tours provided Baddeck Academy with a wonderful first time experience to the Atlantic Festival of Music. There was never an issue when changing parts of our trip itinerary and the staff were more than helpful to go the extra step in planning. Our tour guide also went out of her way to help in any way she could and the students really enjoyed having her join us. Our trip was stress free and fun! Thank you Schools Out Tours!

I just wanted to thank you for arranging the fabulous trip to Halifax. The kids loved it and we have heard nothing but positive comments on their experiences.

What an absolutely fantastic time my students and I had on our trip to PEI. Because of our itinerary students were busy (and happy!) from the time they woke up to the time they went to bed. One student even said to me, “I knew it would be fun, but I didn’t think it would be THIS fun! All my chaperones agreed that they had never been on a more stress free and relaxing trip. Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. I could not organize a better tour even if I had the countless hours too do the leg work and follows up. A service well worth it!
