Schools Out Tours knows the business of band touring. They work with the travelling groups and the event contacts on a personal level, are very accommodating/flexible with the itinerary and details. I could not organize a better tour even if I had the countless hours too do the leg work and follows up. A service well worth it!

Schools Out Tours provides our school with quality tour planning each year. What I love most about them is that at the helm are two retired music teachers who know what music teachers are looking for on performance trips. They understand the needs of performance groups and the staff is most pleasant to work with in planning trips. They are flexible and reliable.

The tour company was amazing. They were always available for questions or concerns before, during and after the trip. We must give a major thanks to our fabulous tour guide, Joe Cormier!!!! All of us, staff, parents and students, LOVED him! He was knowledgeable, well-spoken, supportive, and always available for support!!! We can’t say enough about him and hope that he continues with Schools Out Tours for music trips! I have had Schools Out Tours plan our band trips for many years. The staff are eager to provide a hassle free experience for students and band directors. Ron, Mike and Sue were always available to take my calls. Any little issues that came up on the trips were dealt with immediately and to my satisfaction. The itinerary was well planned and accommodations, meals and events were of the highest quality. Having used several other tour companies in the past, I can honestly say that the folks at Schools Out have always provided the best service right from the initial conversations through to the conclusion of our tours.

What an absolutely fantastic time my students and I had on our trip to PEI. Because of our itinerary students were busy (and happy!) from the time they woke up to the time they went to bed. One student even said to me, “I knew it would be fun, but I didn’t think it would be THIS fun! All my chaperones agreed that they had never been on a more stress free and relaxing trip. Just wanted to send an e-mail and say we all had a great (as usual) SOT Tour!! Our Tour Guide, and bus driver were both wonderful too.
